基于化学品风险评估的海洋环境POPs数据库的构建

Construction of database for persistent organic pollutants(POPs) in the marine environment for the chemical risk assessment

POPs的毒理学数据、环境行为和暴露浓度等数据是进行其风险评估的基础性资料,本文对化学品风险评估用美国、欧洲以及我国数据库的涵盖内容和提供的条目信息等资料进行了总结,结合我国的实际情况提出了应用于海洋环境风险评估的POPs数据库(MPOP-TOX)框架,包括化学品的物化性质、环境行为、环境暴露浓度、水生生物毒性、人体健康毒性五个方面,同时给出了拟收集的具体要素信息和数据收集原则。本研究工作可为我国POPs海洋环境领域风险评估工作提供技术支撑,对提升我国海洋环境科学科研水平以及海洋环境管理水平也具有重要意义。

The toxicological data,environmental behavior and exposure concentration of persistent organic pollutants（POPs） are the basic information for their risk assessment.In the present study,the status of chemical database for risk assessment in USA,European and China are introduced by summarizing the corresponding contents and the entries.With the consideration of Chinese situations,the construction of database on the marine POPs（MPOP-TOX） is proposed for the purpose of risk assessment.The contents of the MPOP-TOX database includes the physical and chemical properties,environmental behavior,environmental exposure concentration,aquatic toxicity to organisms,and human health toxicity.The data entry information to be collected and data selection principles are also introduced in the present study.The construction of MPOP-TOX database can provide the technical support for the marine environmental risk assessment.The present work is meaningful for China to promote our scientific research and environmental management level.
