The oretical Discussion of Treating Children Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia by Qingfei Tongluo Method

现代医学的下呼吸道解剖、生理与中医肺络理论有着深刻的相关性。儿童肺炎支原体肺炎感染后造成的呼吸道病理改变在中医理论可解释为多种因素造成"肺络"狭窄、堵塞而致"肺络闭阻"。运用清肺通络法治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎有着理论基础,并在临床实践中得到证实,值得深入研究。

There was a profound relevance between lower respiratory tract anatomy and physiology of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine pulmonary collaterals theory. Children＇s respiratory tract pathological changes caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia infection could be interpreted as ＇pulmonary collaterals＇ narrow,clogged caused ＇pulmonary collaterals closed block＇ by a combination of factors in the traditional Chinese medicine theory. There was a theoretical foundation of treating children mycoplasma pneumonia with Qingfei Tongluo method,which hed been confirmed in clinical practice.
