芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛有效性及安全性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on Effectiveness and Safety of Qishenyiqi Drip Pill on Unstable Angina

目的探寻芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库（2013年第2期）、Pubmed（1966～2013．6）、Embase（1966—2013．6）、中国（CNKI）学术文献总库（1979～2013．6）、万方数字化期刊库（1981～2013．6）、中文科技期刊数据库（1989—2013．6），按纳入与排除标准选择随机对照试验、评价质量，提取资料，并用RevMan5．2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共初检出385篇文献，经筛选最终纳入12篇关于芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照研究。以心绞痛缓解为疗效尺度：X^2=-20．12，df=11，P=0．04，合并OR=3．10，95％CI[1．80，5.33]，Z=4．09（P〈0．0001）。以心电图为疗效尺度：X^2=28．31，df=11，P=0．003，合并OR=2．86，95％CI[1．67，4．88]，Z=3．84（P=0．0001）。结论苠参益气滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效。

Objective： To approach the efficacy and safety of qishenyiqi drip pill in treating unstable angina （UA）. Methods： Literatures from Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials （Issue 2,2013 ）, Pubmed （ 1966 to June 2013）,EMbase （1966 to June 2013）,CNKI （1979 to Junet 2013）.Wanfang （1981 to June 2013） and CBM （1989 to June 2013） were searched. We the retrieved studies were screened according to predefined inclu- sion and exclusion criteria. The quality of included studies were evaluated, and meta analyses were performed by using RevMan 5.2 software. Results： A total of 385 articles were found and 12 of which were finally included. Therapeutic effects of angina pectoris were selected as the study indices,X^2 =20.12, df =11,P = 0.0.04. OR = 3.10,95%CI （1.80,5.33）,Z=4.09 （P〈 0.0001）. ECG were selected as the study indiees,X^2=28.31 ,df=ll ,P= 0.003, OR=2.86,95%CI （ 1.67,4.88 ）. Z=3.84 （P= 0.0001 ）. Conclusion： Qishenyiqi drip pill is effective and safe for the treatment of UA.
