中医药在危重症患者胃肠功能障碍中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Critically Ill Patients

临床上危重症患者容易发生胃肠功能障碍或胃肠功能衰竭,一旦出现,则提示病情加重或预后不良。中医药在危重症胃肠功能障碍患者的治疗中有一定的疗效,本文主要围绕胃肠功能障碍的中医理论探讨及方药应用两方面进行阐述。

Critically ill patients were prone to suffer from Gastrointestinal dysfunction or gastrointestinal function failure, which suggest exacerbations or poor prognosis. Traditional Chinese medicine had certain curative effect in the treatment of the patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill patients.This paper mainly focused on gastrointestinal dysfunction in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription application two aspects.
