摘要
目的观察济生乌梅胶囊治疗慢性咽炎(痰瘀互结证)的临床疗效。方法将患者187例随机分为两组。治疗组95例服用济生乌梅胶囊,对照组92例服用利咽灵片。结果治疗组总有效率81.05%,高于对照组的65.22%;治疗组主要症状体征的改善亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论济生乌梅胶囊是治疗慢性咽炎(痰瘀互结证)的有效制剂。
Objective： to observe the the effects of Jisheng wumei capsule in the treatment of Chronic pharyngitis. Methods： 200 cases of Phlegm and blood stasis type chronic pharyngitis outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 100 cases. Patients in the treatment group took the Jisheng Wumei capsule,patients in the control group took the Manyan shuning. Results： the treatment group total effective- ness is 81.05% ,the control group total effectiveness is 65.22%. Conclusion： Jisheng wumei capsule is an effective pharmaceutics in treating phlegm and blood stasis type chronic pharyngitis ,worthy of further clinical application.
