摘要
随着铁路货运组织改革的深入实施,加快铁路货场的市场化转型,将对铁路局作为市场主体全面参与物流市场竞争具有重要意义。在分析铁路货场经营管理现状的基础上,通过对铁路货场市场化转型发展的条件进行分析,提出融入区域物流体系、加快货场物流功能改造、打造市场营销队伍、开展企业战略合作、搭建信息系统平台等加快推进铁路货场市场化转型发展的建议。
Following with deep implementation of railway freight transport organization reform,the acceleration of market-oriented transfer of railway freight yards will have important meaning for railway administration entirely attending logistic market competition as a market player. Based on analyzing the operation and management status of railway freight yards,through analyzing the development conditions of the market-oriented transfer of railway freight yards,this paper puts forward suggestions on accelerating the promotion of the market-oriented transfer development such as integrating in regional logistic system,accelerating function upgrade,creating marketing team,developing strategic cooperation and building information system platform.
