床边微创颅内血肿清除术抢救重症颅内出血51例

Rescuing the Serious Cerebral Hemorrhage by Minimal Invasive Operation of Eliminating Hemorrhage in 51 Cases

目的 提高重症脑出血的抢救水平。方法 作者对５１例重症脑出血病人给予ＣＴ定们 边微创锥颅（约０．３ｃｍ小孔）血肿穿刺吸除及尿激酶溶解引术。结果 本组治愈好转率７４．５％，死亡率２５．５％。结论 床边微创颅内血肿清除术抢救重症脑出血是目前降低死亡率、提高生存质量、缩短病程、减少医疗费用的一种理想方法。

Objective:Improving the measure of rescuing the serious cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The operation,which is considered of quick,simplicity,safety and minimal invasion,is to punctual the hemorrhage,located by CT,draw it out,then dissolving and drain the rest by urokinase.Result:There are 51 patients treated by the operation,The rate of curing and turning better is 74 5%,with mortality 25 5%.Conclusion:The minimal invasive operation of eliminating hemorrhage had obtained gratifying results in the raising survival rate,reducing mortality,controling complication and shortening the course of disease.
