九龙江口解有机磷细菌的解磷特性 被引量:13

The phosphate-dissolving characteristics of organic phosphorus bacterium isolated from Jiulong River

摘要 从九龙江口海水和沉积物中分离纯化得到了10株具有解有机磷能力的菌株。通过对10株菌进行分子鉴定,结果显示其中有8株菌为芽孢杆菌属菌株,2株菌为弧菌属菌株。对它们的解磷能力进行比较,发现XMYP7和XMYP10在有机磷固体培养基上解磷能力较强。挑选其中两株菌XMYP7(芽孢菌属)和XMYP10(弧菌属),采用钼蓝比色法检测菌株在有机磷液体培养基中解磷情况,结果表明该2株菌所转化的磷主要用于其自身生长。 10 bacterial strains of organic phosphorus degradation bacteria were separated from water and sediment samples of Jiulong River Estuary by using lecithin medium plate method. Sequences analysis of the 16S rRNA genes showed that 8 of the 10 strains were Bacillus sp. and the other 2 were Vibrio sp.. The strain XMYP7 and strain XMYP10 showed stronger ability to dissolve phosphate as compared to the others, both of which have the ratio of the diameter of the transparent circle / the diatemter of the colony as 1. 714. Our data also suggested that the available phosphate may be used to meet their needs during the growth of themselves.
