摘要
目的:探讨不同架势太极拳练习对老年人心肺功能和运动能力影响的差异性。方法:选取30名有2年太极拳练习经历的老年男性,随机分为低架势组和高架势组,进行12个月的太极拳练习,每天1次,每次1小时,每周练习5天,分别在12个月不同架势太极拳练习前和练习后,进行安静时的心肺功能测试和自行车递增负荷运动能力测试。结果:长期低架太极拳练习对老年男性心血管指标:射血前期/射血期比值、每搏输出量、HR×SBP、收缩压和舒张压;肺功能指标:VE、VC、FEV1/FEV和MVV;运动能力指标:Vo2max/kg、RQ、Tmax和Wmax等具有更为显著影响。结论:不同架势太极拳练习对老年男性心血管功能、肺功能及运动能力改善具有明显差异性,架势依赖性非常显著。长期低架太极拳练习对老年男性的心肌收缩力量和速度、心脏泵血效率以及血管弹性;肺通气能力和贮备能力;有氧和无氧运动能力提高以及最大运动能力的维持等具有更为有效的改善作用。
This paper explored differences in effects produced by Taijiquan's different postures on senior people's cardiopulmonary function and sports ability. Thirty people who had practiced Taijiquan for two years were randomly divided into high posture group and low posture group. They practiced Taijiquan for one hour each day, five days ev- ery week for twelve months. The index of the cardiopulmonary function and the increasing sports ability was moni- tored respectively before and after Taijiquan practice. It could be seen that compared with the low posture group, the LPEP/LVET, CO, HRxSBP, SBP, DBP, VE, VC, FEV1/FEV, MVV, Vo2max/kg, RQ, Tmax and Wmax were more significantly improved in the high posture group than those in the low posture group.
