摘要
目的建立测定乐脉片中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Waters Symmetry Shield RPl8柱(150mm×3.9mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸(13:87),检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.20403—4.08060μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995。平均回收率为100.52%,RSD=2.03%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为乐脉片中芍药苷的含量测定法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the paeonifiorin content in Lemai Tablet by HPLC. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Waters SymmetryShield RP18 column(150 mm x3.9 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile- 0.05% phos- phoric acid( 13:87) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results The sample size of paeoniflorin in the range of 0.204 03-4.080 60 μg had the good linear relation with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 100.52% (n=6, RSD = 2.03% ). Conclusion This method is convenient, quick and accurate with hith sensitivity an dgood reproducibility,which is suit- able for the determination of the paeoniflorin content in Lemai Tablet.
