固相萃取-离子色谱法测定四神丸中氯离子含量

摘要 目的建立离子色谱法测定四神丸中氯离子含量的方法,以评价制剂中补骨脂的炮制情况。方法样品水提液经固相萃取技术净化后,用离子色谱法测定氯离子含量。色谱柱为IonPacASl9柱(250mm×4mna,5μm),淋洗液为KOH溶液梯度洗脱,检测器为电导检测器(EcD),抑制器电流为25mA。结果氯离子质量浓度线性范围是0.001~0.051g/L,平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=5.49%(n=9)。结论该方法简便准确,能有效评价四神丸的质量。 Objective To develop a ion chromatography(IC) method to determine the content of chloride ion in Sishen Pills for evaluat- ing the processing situation of fructus psoraleae in this preparation. Methods The aqueous extractive fluid was purified by solid phase extraction(SPE) technology and then the chloride iro content was determined by IC. The separation was achieved on the IonPacAS19 analytical column (250 mm x4 mm,5 μg) with aqueous solution of KOH for gradient eluent. The suppressed electricity conductivity detector(ECD) was used. The suppressor electricity was 25 mA. Results The linear range of chloride ion was 0.001-0.051 g/L (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.75% (RSD=5.49%, n=9). Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, and effectively evaluate the quality of Sishen pills.
