医院合理用药管理的实践与体会

Practice and Experiences of Implementation of Rational Medication Management in Our Hospital

目的探讨医疗机构开展合理用药工作管理的方法及机制。方法分析医疗机构不合理用药情况的原因,采取了相应对策促进合理用药管理。结果与结论合理用药管理是系统性工程,需要加强综合管理,该院通过组建静脉配置中心、改进药品调剂模式、加强信息化建设、实施行政干预等方法逐步、系统地开展合理用药工作,取得了一定成效。

Objective To probe the methods and the mechanism for launching the management of rational drug use in the medical institu- tions. Methods The reasons of irrational drug use in the medical institutions were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were adopted to promote the management of the rational drug use. Results and Conclusion The management of rational drug use is a system- atic engineering and needs to strengthen the imegrated management. By establishing the pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）, improving the mode of pharmaceutical dispensing,strengthening the informatization construction and making administrative intervention in our hospital,our hospital gradually and systematically carry out the work of rational drug use and obtain the certain achievements.
