仙丹升血方治疗化疗后血小板减少症30例

Observation of Clinical Response of“Xiandan Shengxue Recipe”for Platelets Decreease after Chemotherapy

目的探讨仙丹升血方治疗肿瘤化疗后血小板减少症的疗效。方法收集2000年1月至2009年12月60例恶性肿瘤患者,随机均分为两组,其中对照组仅行常规对症治疗,治疗组除常规对症治疗之外,在发现血小板下降的当天即服用仙丹升血方剂,连服2周,跟踪观察并进行疗效评价。结果治疗组的显效率为20.00%,有效率为50.00%,总有效率为70.00%;对照组的显效率为13.33%,有效率为26.67%,总有效率为40.00%。两组总有效率比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论仙丹升血方能有效提高化疗后血小板水平。

Objective To observe clinical response of platelets decrease adopting traditional Chinese medicine Xiandan Shengxue Recipe （XSR）. Methods Totally 60 patients with platelets decrease after chemotherapy from Jannary 2000 to December 2009. They were random- ly divided into two group,XSR plus eommom treatment group and commom treatment alone group. The previous group take 1 package XSR for three times per day. Commom treatment group give commom therapy only. The fellow- up period is 2 weeks. Results In XSR group, noticeable efficiency was 20. 00%, efficiency 50.00%, total efficiency 70. 00%, which is evidently superior to commom group＇s 13.33%, 26.67%, 40.00% （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Xiandan Shengxue Recipe can effectively treat thromboeytopenia after chemothera- py ,which helps to reduce the necessary of intravenous drip of plateles and the risk of hemorrhage.
