The （G＇/G）-expansion method is !mproved and applied to seek exact solutions of nonlinear differ- ence-differential equations. With the aid of symbolic computation system Mathematica, we obtain several groups of exact solutions with parameters of modified Voherra lattice, including the hyperbolic function solutions, the triangu- lar function solutions and the rational solutions.
