生态文明视角下闽江源流域生态补偿机制研究

Study on the Ecological Compensation Mechanism in Minjiang River Source under the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

对闽江源流域生态环境和生态补偿现状进行了分析,发现存在环境污染、水土流失、生态补偿体系不健全等问题.在此基础上,提出了建立健全闽江源流域长效生态补偿机制,协调闽江源流域生态环境保护中的多方利益,促进闽江上下游之间社会经济的共同发展的建议.

We analyze the current situation of ecological environment and the source of ecological compensa- tion of Minjiang river source, we found that there are environmental pollution, soil erosion, ecological compensation system is not perfect and so on, we propose to the establishment a long-term ecological compensation mechanism in Minjiang river source, which is benefit to many parts in the process of ecological environmental protection and pro- mote the development of social and economic between the upstream and downstream of the common.
