服装裁剪自动分床系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of Automatic Garment Cutting-plan System

针对我国服装裁剪分床技术滞后和国外技术保密的现状,基于服装企业裁剪分床一线工作实践,运用层次分析法对裁剪分床影响因素进行量化分析,对裁剪分床方法进行设计,并运用C#进行系统开发和功能实现。通过实际生产应用和与国内其他具有分床功能的系统进行测试对比,验证了该系统的实用性和优越性,能够更好的为服装企业节约生产成本,提高生产效率。

To solve the present situation of China＇ s garment cutting-plan technology is low and forelgn keeps technology secret, this paper analyzes the effect factors of cutting-plan, puts forward methods of cutting-plan, and uses the C# programming tools to achieve automatic cutting-plan system development by investigating the practical production. After application in practical production and test with other domestic systems which with cutting-plan function, the results show that the automatic cutting-plan system has the advantages of high efficiency, with better practicability and applicability. It can solve the cutting-plan problem efficient, and save the enterprise production costs and enhance production efficiency.
