Based on the analysis on the elements of management ability, the paper discussed the features and advantages of the project teaching. Aiming at the demand of management ability cultivating, the paper explored the teaching contents, learning process, and assessing methods of project teaching. And the key points to cultivate the students＇ management ability in project teaching were summarized.
