高职院校校园活动管理在新的形势下面临着创新与发展。高职院校校园活动组织管理中存在管理观念陈旧、管理体制落后、规划不科学等问题。校园活动项目化管理首先应创建校园活动项目管理的模型,其次应重视活动的策划,项目后评价也是其中的重要内容。

This article expounds the related concepts of campus activities and project management theory, analyzes the problems existing in the cultural events organization and management in higher vocational col leges, mainly based on the relevant theory of project management to solve the problem of campus events organization and management are analyzed, and the importance of project management are put forward.
