摘要
目的 :测定奈替米星体内PAE ,并探讨奈替米星AUC与PAE的相关性。方法 :用荧光偏振免疫分析仪检测病人血中奈替米星浓度并计算AUC ;用光密度法测定病人血中奈替米星对 9种受试菌的PAE。结果 :奈替米星对耐药菌PAE很短甚至没有 ,对标准菌及临床分离敏感菌产生较长的PAE ,12h体内累加PAE最大值达 36 .8h ,AUC与累加PAE相关良好。结论 :奈替米星对敏感菌可产生明显的体内PAE 。
OBJECTIVE:The PAE induced by Netilmicin in human was determined, and the relativity between AU C and PAE in Netilmicin was studied.METHODS:Serum Netilmicin in patient was determined by TDX system;the PAE induced by Netilmicin against 9 kinds of gram pos tive and gram negative bacteria were determined by means of measurement of transmitance using AVANTAGE Microbiology System.RESULTS:The PAE induced by Netilmicin against resistant bacteria was very short or negative,and that against sensitive bacteria was more long, The maximum of in vivo accumulated PAE within 12 h in human was 36.8 h.The relativity between AUC and accumulated PAE was good.CONCLUSIONS:The PAE induced by Netilmicin against sensitive bacteria was significant long,the PAE could be estimated by AUC value in vivo.
