氧氟沙星地塞米松磷酸钠滴眼液的制备及临床观察

Preparation and clinical observation of ofloxacin dexamethasone sodium phosphate eye drops

目的 :对氧氟沙星地塞米松磷酸钠滴眼液的制备和含量测定进行研究 ,并观察其临床疗效。方法 :分别用紫外分光光度法及紫外分光双波长法对氧氟沙星及地塞米松磷酸钠进行含量测定。结果 :平均回收率为 99.3 %和 99.5 % ,RSD为0 .6 9%和 1.39%。结论 :含量测定方法可靠 ,疗效确切 。

OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and therapeutic effect of the drops.METHODS:Ofloxacin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Double wave length spectrophotomotry was employed for determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate.RESULTS:The average recoveries were 99.3 % and 99.5 %,with RSD 0.65 % and 1.39 %.CONCLUSIONS:The eye drop can be easily prepared the quantitative method is reliable. [
