Study on therapeutic effect of campsis grandiflora

目的 :研究凌霄花喷雾剂用于蚊虫叮咬所致局部红肿痒痛的药效。方法 :用动物实验的方法评价凌霄花喷雾剂的抗炎镇痛止痒作用。结果 :对组织胺所致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增加有显著作用 ,能使慢性疼痛模型痛阈值有显著的提高。结论 :凌霄花喷雾剂对于临床蚊虫叮咬所致局部痛、痒、肿。

OBJECTIVE:To study the therapeutic effect of campsis grandiflora spray on the part pain,ticking and swelling which is stung by mosqutio and insect.METHODS:Animal experimental method was used to evaluate the campsis grandiflora spray's effect to anti inflammation analgesia.RESULTS:It has great effect on mouse skin blood capillary's infiltration which is caused by histamine,and can improve threshold of chronic achemeedel.CONCLUSIONS:Campsis grandiflora spray could be used for part pain,ticking and swelling is which stung by mosquito and insect.
