摘要
目的探讨早期督脉电针干预对慢性脑缺血大鼠模型丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法采用分次双侧永久性颈总动脉阻塞(2VO)制备慢性脑缺血大鼠模型,并随机分为4组,观察不同组别大鼠模型脑组织中MDA、SOD的变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组MDA明显升高,SOD明显降低(P<0.05);立即针刺组、针刺治疗组较模型组MDA明显下降,SOD明显升高(P<0.05)。且立即针刺组与针刺治疗组相比,MDA降低与SOD升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论督脉电针干预可以明显降低慢性脑缺血大鼠模型脑组织中MDA含量、升高SOD活性,其机制可能为有效清除自由基,降低脂质过氧化应激反应,从而保护慢性脑缺血的神经功能损伤。与缺血形成后针刺相比,早期督脉电针干预治疗起到更好的疗效。
Objective To study the effects of governor vessel electroacupuncture therapy on malondialdehyde(MDA) and superox ide dismutase(SOD) in rats with the early stage of chronic cerebral ischemic. Methods The animal model of cerebral ischemia was established by permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries(2VO) in rats,and divided into the four groups (control group,the model group,the immediate acupuncture group, the acupuncture group) at random. Then observed the level changes of MDA and SOD in the rat's brain. Results The level of MDA in the model group obviously rose and of SOD was obviously dropped off(P〈-~0.05) ;Compared with the model group,the rat's MDA showed marked increase levels in the two acupuncture groups, SOD showed remarkable reduced(P〈~0.05). The effect for them in the immediate acupuncture group was superior to acupuncture group for MDA and SOD(P^0.05). Conclusion Governor vessel electroacupuncture therapy could make the expression of MDA obviously reduced and of SOD elevated. The mechanisms is possibly that it can eliminate effectively oxygen free radical, reduce the stress re- sponse of lipid peroxidation in order to defend the cranial nerve of the chronic cerebral ischemia. In comparison with two acupuncture groups, the immediate acupuncture group made a better curative effect.
