摘要
首先构建影响企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系并确定指标因素权重系数,其次,运用IOWA算子对指标信息进行集结,最后运用模糊综合评价方法将多层指标体系进行合成,并以此作为企业核心竞争力的总评价值。
In this paper, the evaluation index system which impacts the enterprise core competitiveness and Index weight coefficients has been built first. Secondly, IOWA operator is used to collect information. Finally, the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is used to synthesize multilayer index system as the enterprise core competitiveness.
