从体育文化的内涵入手,分析"全面建成小康社会"宏伟目标对体育文化大发展大繁荣的要求。认为发展体育文化,要深刻理解其内涵,从其本质属性着手,多维全面发展。在国际维度,提升体育文化软实力,加速社会主义体育强国建设;在精神维度,发扬中华体育精神,凝聚全面建成小康社会的精神动力;在物质维度,促进体育文化创新,推动体育文化生产力发展;在民族维度,加强民族传统体育文化建设,推广中国体育文化。

From the view of sports culture＇s connotation, this paper focuses on the analysis of the goal of building a welloff soci ety and its demand to the development and prosperity of sports culture. In order to develop sports culture, we should have deep understanding of its connotation, start up from its essential nature, and develop it from multidimensional aspects. In interna tional dimension, we should promote the soft power of sports culture and accelerate the socialist construction of sports power. In spiritual dimension, we can advocate Chinese sports spirit and condense spiritual power in building the welloff society. In object dimension, we should promote the innovation of sports culture and motivate its productivity. In national dimension, we should strengthen the construction of racial traditional sports culture and promote Chinese culture.
