网织红细胞参数在白血病化疗前后中的变化及临床意义

The Change and Clinical Significance of Reticulocyte Parameters before and after Leukemia Chemotherapy

目的:研究网织红细胞参数在白血病化疗前后的变化及临床意义。方法:选择本院收治的40例确诊为急性白血病的患者,对其在化疗过程中的血小板、白细胞数以及网织红细胞数动态变化进行观察。结果:化疗后白细胞、网织红细胞及血小板均急剧降低,ANC和RET#会分别降至0.2×109/L和10×109/L以下,HFR加MFR降至最低或是0,对患者进行骨髓细胞学检测结果为:有核细胞发生增生降低或是极度降低现象,LFR对患者造血功能产生抑制影响。结论:对白血病患者的RET#(网织红细胞参数)进行动态监测观察,为判定患者自身的造血功能情况提供更为丰富的临床信息,在临床治疗上具有重要参考价值和意义。

Objective：To study the change and clinical significance of reticulocyte parameter before and after leukemia chemotherapy.Method：40 patients who were confirmed acute leukemia were chosen,the patients’s blood plateletses,white cell number and net during the chemotherapy knits the red cell number dynamic state variety were observed.Result：The white cell,net of the leukemia sufferer of chemotherapy empress knits red cell and blood platelets to all and sharply lower,ANC and RET#the meeting declined to 0.2×109 and 10×109,HFR’s adding MFR declined to lowest or 0,carry on marrow cytology to the sufferer examination result BE：There was pit cell that will take place to increase to living to lower or extremely lower a phenomenon, LFR builds a blood function creation to repress influence to the sufferer.Conclusion：To RET（the net knits red cell parameter）of leukemia sufferer#carry on a dynamic state monitor observation,in order to judge a building of sufferer’s oneself blood function circumstance to provide a more abundant clinical information,have important reference value and meaning on the clinical treatment.
