同伴教育在保洁人员医院感染知识培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨在保洁人员中开展医院感染知识同伴教育的效果。方法:选择本院病房65名保洁人员进行医院感染知识同伴教育。3个月后,通过调查问卷,比较评价在保洁人员中开展医院感染知识同伴教育的效果。结果:同伴教育前医院感染知识的平均知晓率为56.75%,明显低于同伴教育后的85.33%,个人防护知识平均知晓率为51.25%,明显低于同伴教育后的84.25%,比较差异均有统计学意义。同伴教育后保洁人员医院感染知识掌握情况明显好转,自我防护意识明显提高。结论:通过采用同伴教育的方式在保洁人员中开展医院感染知识培训,保证了医院感染知识培训效果,对预防医院感染能发挥积极作用。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of peer education in hospital cleaners trained to master infection knowledge.Method:Sixty-five cleaners as peer educators were selected from our hospital ward and let them receive the infection knowledge training.Three months later,hospital cleaning personnel were examined by questionnaires to compare and evaluate the effect of peer education.Result:The average awareness on hospital infection knowledge education rate was 56.75%,it was significantly lower than after the peer education(85.33%),personal protection knowledge knowing rate was 51.25%,it was significantly lower than after the peer education(84.25%),the differences were statistically significant between the groups. The situation of mastering the infection knowledge was visible improvement in hospital cleaning personnel after peer education. And their self protection consciousness were obviously improved.Conclusion:The application of peer education in training cleaners to master infection knowledge can ensure the training effect and play a positive role in preventing hospital infection.
