Deeply Research on Market Value Management Appraisal Framework and Indicators System

本文结合国内外对价值管理和市值管理评价方法的研究进展,深化研究提出了涵盖价值基础、价值创造、价值认同、价值实现等四个维度的市值管理评价框架,进而构建了基于四个维度的市值管理评价指标体系。

Based on the latest research on value management theory and market value appraisal methods, this paper restructured market value appraisal framework, which covering four aspects： value foundation, value creation, value identity and value achievement. Further, this paper builds the appraisal indicators system.
