地方政府购买社区居家养老服务监督与评估——基于广州、宁波的个案

The Supervision and Evaluation of the Home-based Care Service Purchased by Local Government——Based on the Cases of Guangzhou and Ningbo Cities

中国已进入高龄化社会,对养老服务的需求增大。城市社区居家养老服务水平低,质量不高。随着城市社区居家养老服务的发展,一些地区开始探索提升服务质量,介绍广州、宁波两地在对服务过程监督、服务结果评估方面做的尝试,分析两地政策的共同点和存在的问题,为城市社区居家养老服务的发展提供借鉴。

China has increased demand for pension services as it has entered the aging society, while the Home-based Care Service in the city could not be satisfied with demand. Some cities in China have attempted to change it through improving the quality, such as Guangzhou city and Ningbo city. These two cities have started to pay attention to procession supervision and quality evaluation. The article analyses the common point and the differences of the policies to improve the quality of the Home-based Care Service in China.
