摘要
针对多品种、变批量需求的可重构制造问题,综合考虑工艺路线与生产批量约束,以设备负荷均衡、跨单元加工次数最少为目标,提出了两阶段求解的虚拟制造单元构建方法。第一阶段,采用图聚类法对工艺路线的相似性和零件的生产批量进行预处理,生成基于订单的多工艺路线最大支撑树,确定基本可行制造单元集;第二阶段,以设备负荷均衡、跨单元加工次数最少的综合目标函数设计为基础,采用基于类电磁机制寻优原理的求解算法,确定最优制造单元解。某泵阀制造企业生产数据的实例应用验证了算法的可行性与有效性。
A methodology was proposed , which could be used to form manufacturing cell for reconfigurable manufacturing of multi -product environment with changing demands .A two solving scheme was presented ,which considered the aspects of operation sequence and production volume .In stage one ,manufacturing information was pre -handled with production process similarity and pro-duction lot based on graph clustering method ,and the maximum spanning tree and the fundamental manufacturing cell was formed .In stage two ,a multi-objective optimization function model aimed to optimize load balance and number of inter -cell movements was constructed ,and a new algorithm based on the principle of electromagnetism -like mechanism was employed .Finally ,an empirical anal-ysis for pump production system was developed ,which showed the effectiveness and feasibility of pro-posed algorithm .
