摘要
针对由一个联合回收中心、多个制造/再制造工厂及多个分销商组成的三级闭环供应链系统,考虑系统中各级成员间的物质流动、各自不同的运作目标及决策的交互影响,建立了闭环供应链的回收-生产-分销三层协同计划模型。结合闭环供应链系统各级成员之间反复协商的行为特点,设计了基于双倍体遗传算法的三层迭代求解方法。算例的计算结果表明,该计划模型和求解算法具有一定的有效性和实用性。
Aiming at a triple -echelon closed -loop supply chain system consisted of a combined recovery center ,multi-factories of manufacture and remanufacture ,multi-distributors ,a recovery -production-distribution triple-level collaborative planning model was established ,which considered material flow ,each operation object and decision interaction among members at all levels in the sys-tem .According to the characteristics of behaviors of repeated negotiation among members at all levels in closed-loop supply chain system ,a triple -level iterative algorithm was designed based on double chromosomes genetic algorithm .Finally ,a typical example was suggested ,the simulation results indi-cate the planning model and solving algorithm have better effectiveness and validity .
