走向后现代企业时代——后现代企业的兴起及我国制度创新的思考

Approaching Postmodern Enterprise Era——The Rise of Postmodern Enterprise and Reflection on Systematic Innovation in China

现代企业制度是建立在工业经济基础之上的,其显著的特征是能够迅速有效地募集资本,但是在知识经济时代,资本已经不再是企业的第一要义,企业的核心竞争力由资本变成了知识。而知识经济时代的企业无论是在外部的表现形式上,还是在内部的治理方式上,都有与现代企业不同的一些特征,经济学或管理学将其称为后现代企业。西方国家近三十年来,纷纷对公司法、合伙企业法进行了改革,出现了一批新型企业形态,这批新型企业形态与知识经济一脉相承,与现代企业制度的一些核心理念渐行渐远,企业制度正在走向后现代企业时代。

Modern enterprise system is based on industrial economy and its prominent feature can rapidly raise capital. However, in knowledge economy times, capital is not number one important factor to an enterprise, and the core competitive ability lies in knowledge instead of capital. Enterprise in knowledge economy times is different from modern enterprise not only in external manifestation form, but in internal management way. It is called postmodern enterprise in economy or management. Over the last three decades in the west, corporation law and partnership enterprise law are reformed and a group of new pattern of enterprises appears which agrees with knowledge economy, deviating from some core ideas of modern enterprise system. The enterprise system approaches postmodern enterprise era.
