老年无痛性心肌梗死的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Painless Myocardial Infarction in the Elderly

目的：探讨老年无痛性心肌梗死的观察与护理，提高了治愈好转率及抢救成功率，从而达到早日康复的目的.方法：对42例老年无痛性心肌梗死患者的观察及护理。结果：通过严密观察及精心的护理，本组病例均得到有效及时的救治．避免了意外的发生。结论：老年无痛性心肌梗死症状不典型，且病死率高，因此提高对无痛性心肌梗死的认识，做好临床观察与护理，可降低老年无痛性心肌梗死的病化率。

OBJECTIVE ： To explore the observation and nursing of senile painless myocardial infarction and improve the cure rate and success rate of rescue in order to achieve the purpose of early rehabilitation. METHOD： 42 elderly patients with painless myocardial infarction were observed and nursed. RESULT： Through close observation and careful nursing the patients were treated effectively in time and the accident was avoided. CONCLUSIONS ： Symptoms of the elderly painless myocardial infarction are not typical and the case fatality rate is high. Therefore to improve the understanding of painless myocardial infarction good clinical observation and nursing care of the elderly may reduce the fatality rate of painless myocardial infarction.
