随着他汀类药物应用的增多，人们发现其对人体血糖可能产牛影响。一些大的临床研究中关于他汀对血糖的影响结果并不一致；相关的Meta分析中，有的表明他汀类药物可增加新发糖尿病的风险。他汀类药物可能通过减少甲羟戊酸的合成及作用于细胞表面的葡萄糖转运蛋白，影响胰岛素的分泌，进而影响血糖水平及糖耐量。

Some of the Mcta analysis about this show that statins can increase the danger of new - onset diabetes mellitus. Through decreasing the synthesis of mevalonic acid and effecting on the GLUT of cell surface, statins may effect secretion of insulin. Blood glucose and sugar tolerance are also effected.
