成年大鼠小肠绒毛微血管构筑的扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 本文应用微血管铸型技术和扫描电镜观察法 ,研究了成年大鼠小肠绒毛微血管的构筑。结果表明 :1大鼠小肠绒毛有一条来自粘膜下层的螺旋形的绒毛微动脉 ;2大鼠小肠绒毛的血液除了由绒毛微静脉汇入粘膜下静脉外 ,还存在一条侧副循环途径 ,即通过绒毛“边缘毛细血管”将血液引流入相邻绒毛的毛细血管网 ;3联系腺丛与绒毛血管丛的微直血管向缺少动脉终末支的绒毛基底部供血 ,主要起到“侧副循环”的作用。 The microvascular architecture of the intestine villi of adult rat was studied by the injection replia scanning electron microscope method. The results showed that each intestinal villi had only one spiral villi arteriole coming from the tunica submucosa. The villi venules directly drained the blood of villi to the submucosal vein, and the marginal capillary was found to drain the blood to the capillary networks of neighbor villis as a collateral branch. The role of recti mini vessels connecting the cryptal plexus with the villi plexus was an ″collateral circulation″ to supply the base of the villi where the arterial termination was lacking.
