Experimental study on improving flowability of high viscous and gelled crude oil with electromagnetic method

摘要 利用含蜡原油中悬浮蜡晶颗粒与连续相间介电常数和磁导率的差异,通过精确控制外加电场或磁场的强度和频率,对原油进行处理。该方法可以有效降低原油粘度,达到不加热、不加剂而改善原油流动性的目的。利用Temple大学研发的电磁法原油降粘室内实验装置,针对国内大庆、长庆两种易凝高粘原油开展了实验研究,结果表明:在能耗极低的情况下,该装置可有效降低原油的粘度,特别是低温粘度,为探索原油微观结构和采用电磁法改善原油流动性的研究和应用进行了有益的尝试。(图10,参8) By using the differences in permittivity and permeability between suspended wax crystal particles and continuous phase in waxy crude oil, by precise control of the strength and frequency of external electric or magnetic field applied to the crude oil, the viscosity of crude oil can be effectively reduced, reaching the goal in improving crude flowability without heating, or additives adding. By using lab electromagnetic experimental device developed by Temple University, experimental researches have been carried out on two kinds of viscous and gelled crude oil from Daqing and Changqing Oilfields, the results show that with very low power consumption, the device can effectively reduce oil viscosity, especially at low temperature condition, providing a good attempt to the exploration of mierostructure of oil and improving oil flowability with electromagnetic method.
