摘要
农业在应对气候变化中占有非常特殊的地位。随着世界对农业温室气体排放、生态脆弱性和减排潜力的重新认识,农业议题在全球气候谈判中的地位经历了从漠视到关注,再到愈加重视的发展阶段,它在未来必将成为全球气候谈判的重要组成部分之一。农业在全球气候谈判中地位的变化对世界农业以及中国农业发展创造了新的机遇,但也带来了新的挑战。然而由于农业议题在全球气候谈判中地位的变化尚未尘埃落定,因此全球气候谈判对农业发展的影响尚不能完全确定。
Agriculture plays a special role in combating against climate change. With a new reassessment of agricultural GHG emission, its climate vulnerabilities and reduction potential, Agriculture＇s position has evolved from disregard to more and more attention in international climate negotiation and will inevitably became an integral part of the latter in the future. The change of agriculture＇s position in international cliraate negotiation will bring about opportunities and challenges to the agricultural development in China and the world. However, because the pos!tion of Agriculture in international climate negotiation has not been defermined, the influence of international climate negotiation on agricultural development still has not been entirely defined.
