牙髓炎症时胶质源性神经营养因子在三叉神经节内的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨胶质源性神经营养因子 (GDNF)在大鼠磨牙开髓后不同时段三叉神经节中表达变化及意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法比较大鼠磨牙开髓后不同时段三叉神经节中表达变化。结果 :正常对照组三叉神经节中 GDNF在神经细胞及纤维染色呈阴性 ,开髓后三叉神经节内 GDNF呈阳性其主要分布在神经细胞胞浆和神经纤维 ,染色强度随开髓后不同时段表达不同。结论 :GDNF可能参与炎症牙髓修复性反应。 Objective: To investigate the expression of glial cell line derived neutrophic factor (GDNF) in trigeminal ganglia after different periods of explosure of dental pulp. Methods: To observe changes of GDNF in trigeminal ganglia in different periods after the explosure of dental pulp, compared with that with normal cental pulp by immunohistochemistry. Results: Expression of GDNF was mainly found in cytoplasm of nerve cells and nerve fiber zone of trigeminal ganglia with dental pulp opened, was not observed in trigeminal ganglia with normal dental pulp. The positive staining intensity expressed differently with the period after pulp opened. Conclusion: These results indicate that GDNF may take part in inflamed and restored response of dental pulp.\;
