中国能源企业科技创新体系建设及其实践研究——以国家电网公司为例

Research on Construction and Practice of Scientific and Technological Innovation System of Chinese Energy Enterprises: Take State Grid Corporation of China as an Example

能源科技创新不仅是解决能源问题的根本途径,也是世界各国拉动经济增长、占领科技制高点、培育国家核心竞争力的关键。建设国际一流的科技创新体系,是推动能源企业持续创新的核心和关键所在。文章以国家电网公司科技创新体系建设为例,对能源企业科技创新体系建设展开分析,提出了面向能源科技创新的企业创新能力的内涵,并全面分析了国家电网公司的四个基本特征,最后结合国家电网公司科技创新体系建设提出了能源企业科技创新建设的建议。

The energy technology innovation is not only fundamental way to solve the energy problem, but also to promote economic growth around the world, occupying the commanding heights of science and technology, the key of fostering national core competitiveness. Building a world-class scientific＇, and technological innovation system is the key to promote energy companies continue to innovate. In this study, the state grid corporation and technological innovation, for example, on energy companies to explore science and technology innovation system construction, are commenced. Proposed for the energy technology innovation connotation of innovation capability and relatively comprehensive analysis of the national grid company＇s four basic features. Finally, the state grid corporation and technological innovation put forward the construction of energy enterprises technologic, al innovation proposals.
