摘要
根据十八大提出的经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设"五位一体"的总体布局,以及城市生态化发展的理论,提出了由生态自然建设、生态经济建设、生态社会建设、生态政治建设、生态文化建设等五个方面组成的衡量城市生态文明建设水平的指标体系。
According to overall layout of ＂five-in-one＂ set at Eighteenth National Congress of the Party including economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction, and the urban ecological development theory, we put forward a index system, which consists of five aspects, namely ecological nature construction, ecological economy construction, ecological society construction, ecological politics construction, ecological culture construction, to measure urban ecological civilization construction level.
