不可切除胰腺癌射频消融治疗的进展

胰腺癌是一种发病隐匿、进展迅速、治疗效果及预后极差的消化系恶性肿瘤.迄今为止,根治性手术切除是唯一有望治愈胰腺癌的治疗方法,但大多数的胰腺癌患者发现时已属晚期,丧失了手术机会.射频消融(radiofrequency ablation,RFA)是近些年兴起的一种姑息治疗方式,能够减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量,延长生存期.另外,联合125I粒子植入治疗能够进一步提高治疗效果.本文对近年来RFA治疗不可切除的胰腺癌的临床研究作出总结.

Pancreatic cancer is a acterized by hidden malignant neoplasm char- onset, rapid progression, short course and poor prognosis. Up to now, radical surgical resection is the only treatment which is expected to cure pancreatic cancer. However, most patients with pancreatic cancer are diagnosed at advanced stage and have lost the chance of operation. Radiofrequency ablation （RFA） is a palliative treatment which can reduce pain, improve the quality of life and prolong survival. RFA combined with 125I seed implanta- tion can further improve the therapeutic effect.
