摘要
为带血管蒂腓骨复合组织瓣修复下颌骨提供解剖学依据 ,作者对下肢作了进一步解剖 ,对多种应用参数进行了观测。结果 :腓骨全长 338.4± 2 6 .76 mm,滋养孔 2± 0 .8个 ,腓动脉始于胫后动脉者为 91.2 % ,其起始处外径为 2 .95± 0 .5 4mm,腓动脉起点距第一滋养孔长度平均 5 2 mm。并有 2条静脉伴行。提示 :带血管蒂腓骨复合组织瓣是修复下颌骨复合缺损较理想的材料。
This research project was conducted to provide the anatomical data for the repairs to mandible defect with complex tissue flap of vascular pedicled fibula. The authors made further dissection and determination of the lower limbs and collected the data on the parameters for clinical reference .The results reveal the total average length is 338.4±26.76cm; the number of nutrient foramina is 2±0.8; the commencement of the fibular artery from the posterior tibial artery is 91.2%; the outer diameter of the fibular artery at its beginning is 2.95±0.54mm, and the average length of its beginning from the first nutrient foramen is 52mm; the fibular artery is accompanied by two fibular veins.The authors suggest that the complex tissue flap of vascular pedicled fibula is an optimal material for repairing the mandible defect.
