Cyclin D1蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Cyclin D1 Protein in Breast Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

为探讨周期素 D1(Cyclin D1)蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义 ,作者采用免疫组化 L SAB法对 110例乳腺癌标本进行了 Cyclin D1蛋白的检测。结果显示 :本组病例的 Cyclin D1蛋白表达阳性率为 74.5 5 %(82 / 110 ) ;生存时间≤ 5年及≥ 10年者 ,其 Cyclin D1蛋白表达阳性率分别为 96 .2 2 % (5 1/ 5 3)和 40 .5 4% (15 / 37) ;Cyclin D1蛋白过度表达与乳腺癌的临床分期、组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移有关。由此揭示 Cyclin D1蛋白的过度表达是判断乳腺癌患者预后的一项重要指标。

The objective of this study was to determine the clinical significance of Cyclin D1 protein expression in breast cancer. Cyclin D1 protein was detected in 110 patients with breast cancer by immunohistological techniques(LASB). The results showed that the positive rate of Cyclin D1 protein expression was 74.55%(82/110). The overexpression of Cyclin D1 protein related negatively with survival. 96.22% (51/53) of the cases with the overexpression of Cyclin D1 protein survived ≤5 years, and 40.54%(15/37) survived≥10 years. Cyclin D1 protein expression was in significant association with clinical staging, histological grading, and positive axillary node status in breast cancers. All of these findings suggested that overexpression of Cyclin D1 protein might be an important prognostic factor and the detection of Cyclin D1 protein might be arranged as a regular pathological examination in the cases of breast cancer.
