目的 :探索一种在骨感染治疗中引流确切的方法。 方法 :对病灶采用全封闭、外予强负压 (强度为 - 80 0～ - 90 0mmHg)持续吸引的引流法。 结果 :全封闭病灶在持续强负压吸引下 ,引流确切。 结论 :封闭式强负压持续引流应用于慢性化脓性骨髓炎病灶具有防止创口再感染 ,促进病灶肉芽生长 ,引流管不易被堵塞 ,引流彻底的作用 ;

To find out a reliable drainage method for the treatmet of bone infection Methods:Applying completely closed,high negative pressure(-800 to 900 mmHg)apparatus to drain the focus continuously.Results:Drainage of the focus with such a method was reliable.Conclusion:The completely closed high negative pressure drainage can prevent wound reinfection,promote the growth of granulation tissue,clear the fine inflammatory remnants and exudate in the focus,also eliminate the dead cavity and prevent the drainage tube from being blocked.
