摘要
目的:采用高血脂症模型大鼠探讨榅桲总黄酮对血脂代谢及抗氧化能力的影响。方法:采用高脂乳剂造成高脂血症模型大鼠,将大鼠按照血清总胆固醇(TC)水平随机分成空白对照组、高脂模型组、榅桲果实和叶子总黄酮分别高(160 mg/kg)、中(80 mg/kg)、低(40mg/kg)剂量组、辛伐他汀(5 mg/kg)组,给药四周后,腹主动脉采血,测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及丙氨酸转氨酶((ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)含量和肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:高脂血症模型组比较,榅桲总黄酮类化合物可显著降低大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C及血清中ALT,AST水平,升高HDL-C,其中叶子(160 mg/kg)和果实(160 mg/kg、80 mg/kg)剂量组作用显著;肝组织SOD,GSH-Px活性显著升高,其中叶子和果实(160 mg/kg、80 mg/kg)剂量组作用明显,而各剂量组能显著下降MDA水平。结论:榅桲总黄酮能有效调节机体脂质代谢,清除氧自由基,对预防和治疗高血脂症有一定的应用价值。
Using the model of hypedipemia rats to observe the influence of total flavonoids of Cydonia oblonga mill on blood lipid metab olism and antioxidation in hyperlipedemia rats. Method:Hperlipidemia rats established by high fat emulsion, with serum total cholesterol (TC) level were randomly divided into control group, hyperhpidemia model group , quince leaves total flavonids and quince fruit total fla voniod (40,80,160mg/kg) respectively in three group, simvastatin group. The serum levels of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipeprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C), low density lipoprotein ehlesterol ( LDL-C ) and aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotrans ferase (AST) and liver level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) were assayed after treatment. Result: comparing the hyperlipidemia group, quince total favonoids significantly reduce the serum TC, TG, LDL-C ( p 〈 0.01 ) and the serumALT, AST ( P 〈 0.05orP 〈 0.01 ), increase the serum level of HDL-C ( p 〈 0.05orp 〈 0.01 ) ; especially in the quince leaves total flavonidsl60 mg/kg and quince fruit total flavoniods 160 mg/kg ,80 mg/kg dose group ; SOD and GSH-Px activity significantly increased( P 〈 0.05or P 〈 0.01 ), especially in the quince total flavoniods 160 mg/kg ,80 mg/kg dose group; MDA levels decreased significantly( P 〈 0.05orP 〈 O. O1 ). Conclusion: Cydonia Oblonga Mill flavonoids can effectively regulate lipid metabolism, inhibit the damage from oxygen free radical to prevent and has certain application value in treating hyperlipedemia.
