摘要
目的:观察抗妇炎糜泡腾栓对苯酚胶浆致大鼠阴道炎及宫颈炎模型的作用。方法:雌性大鼠用苯酚胶浆致大鼠阴道炎及子宫颈炎后,通过计算机图像检测药物高中低剂量对大鼠阴道璧黏膜炎症病理形态,观察药物对苯酚胶浆致大鼠阴道炎及宫颈炎模型的治疗作用。结果:抗妇炎糜泡腾栓223.25、111.63、55.82mg生药/kg对大鼠阴道璧黏膜炎症病有治疗作用,且以低剂量与高剂量较佳。对子宫颈黏膜炎症病理形态也有治疗作用;经对比试验抗妇炎糜泡腾栓的抗炎作用显著强于阳性对照药物消糜阴道泡腾片,而阳性对照药物消糜阴道泡腾片的此两项指标数值虽然亦低于模型对照组,但无统计学意义。结论:抗妇炎糜泡腾栓低剂量组55.82mg生药/kg对苯酚胶浆致大鼠阴道炎及子宫颈炎具有治疗作用。
To observe kangfuyan erosions effervescent suppository on rat model with eolpitis and cervicitis by phenol mucilage, whether there is a better therapeutic efficacy. Methods: Using SD female rats with colpitis and eervicitis by phenol mucilage, detecting inflammation pathological in rat vaginal mucosa within the dosages of drugs among the three groups( high dosage , middle dosage and low dosage) through computer image, so as to observe therapeutic efficacy of kangfuyan erosions effervescent suppository on rat model with colpitis and cervicitis by phenol mucilage. Results: The three groups of kangfuyan erosions effervescent suppository; high dosage,223.25 mg Chinese herb/kg, middle dosage 111.63 mg Chinese herb/kg, and low dosage 55.82mg Chinese herb/kg ( i.e. the weight of the suppository: 450 mg/kg, 225 mg/kg, 112.5mg/kg, with an average dose of 10 times, 5 times and 2.5 times for the clinical adults daily use) have therapeutic effica- cy on inflammation both in rat vaginal mucosa and cervical mucosa. Of which are effective in high and low dosages, the medium is relatively weak. Compared with the positive control group, Xiaomi vagina effervescent tablets, kangfuyan erosions effervescent suppository has stronger anti-inflammatory effects, and a statistically significant differences( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). But nor does the positive control group, although its two indicators values of the high dose are lower than the model control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: These results fully indicate there is a better therapeutic efficacy of kangfuyan erosions effervescent suppository on rat model with colpitis and cervicitis by phenol mucilage.
