摘要
细胞自噬作为真核生物中最基本的生命现象,广泛参与机体的多种生理和病理过程,其发生的分子机制复杂且高度保守。近年来研究表明:它与肿瘤的发生、发展有着紧密与复杂的关系;在多种人类肿瘤中存在细胞自噬活性的异常改变,其活性的变化将直接影响着肿瘤的发生和进展。因此,了解自噬与肿瘤之间的关系将有助于揭示肿瘤发生、发展的潜在机制,为肿瘤的预防和治疗提供新的思路。本文对细胞自噬的调节作用及其与肿瘤发生、发展的关系作一概述。
Autophagy, as eukaryotes basic biological phenomena, is widely involved in the body's various physiological and pathological processes, and its molecular mechanism is complex and highly conserved. Recent studies suggested that it is associated with tumor occurrence and devel opment closely, and complex relationships; In a variety of human tumors, abnormal autophagy activity exist, its activity changes will directly affect the development and progression of tumors. Therefore, understanding the relationship between the autophagy and cancer will help to re veal cancer development and potential mechanisms for cancer prevention and treatment to provide new ideas. In this paper, we will summarize that autophagy regulates cell, and the relationship between autophagy and development of tumor is explored.
