辛伐他汀治疗混合性高脂血症患者的疗效和耐受性

Efficacy and Tolerance of Simvastatin in Mixed Hyperlipidemic Patients

目的 :观察辛伐他汀治疗混合性高脂血症患者的疗效和耐受性。方法 :采用开放性、自身对比研究 ,对 1 2 3例混合性高脂血症患者给予辛伐他汀 1 0 mg,每晚一次口服 ,共治疗 6周。结果 :6周后 ,血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均较治疗前明显下降 (分别降低 2 3.8%、2 9.5 % ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,血甘油三酯也显著降低 (平均降低 2 7.1 % ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显上升 (平均升高 2 3.6 % ,P<0 .0 5 )。未出现严重不良反应。结论 :辛伐他汀对混合性高脂血症患者疗效明显 ,耐受性好。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of simvastatin in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemic patients.Methods:One hundred and twenty three patients with mixed hyperlipidemia were enrolled in this study.These patients received simvastatin 10 mg,qd for 6 weeks. Results :After 6 week treatment,the serum concentrations of total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol were decreased remarkably (the average decrease being 23.8% and 29.5% respectively, P < 0.05 ),and the serum total triglyceride concentration was decreased significantly (the average decrease being 27.1%, P < 0.05 ).Meanwhile,the serum HDL cholesterol concentration was increased (the average increase being 23.6%, P <0.05).No serious side effect was observed. Conclusion :Simvastatin has a good effect and tolerance for mixed hyperlipidemic patients.
