乙醇酸换肤联合强脉冲光治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着的疗效及耐受性观察 被引量:17

摘要 目的:观察化学换肤联合强脉冲光治疗痤疮后色素沉着的疗效以及耐受性。方法:对面部痤疮炎症后色素沉着的受试者进行换肤和强脉冲光交替治疗,间隔时间为2周,共包括4次换肤和4次强脉冲光治疗。在治疗前后进行面部成像以及颜色、水分、经皮水分丢失量(TEWL)、皮脂等生理指标的检测。结果:经过强脉冲光和换肤联合治疗3次后,皮肤颜色相关指标L值比治疗前有显著升高(P<0.05);治疗1次后,a值即比治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗3次后水分含量较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05)。皮脂分泌量及TEWL变化无统计学差异。整个治疗过程中不良反应短暂而轻微,无严重不良反应出现。结论:乙醇酸换肤联合强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮炎症后色素沉着是安全有效的。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of Combination treatment with chemical peeling and intense pulsed light (IPL) in patients with PIH of aene. Methods: Glyeolic acid peeling and IPL were used alternatively on the face of acne patients with PIH at the time interval of two weeks, including four series chemical peelings and four times IPL treatments. The changes of skin physiological parameters were measured by non-invasive instruments and image analysis before and after the treatment. Results: The L value was significantly increased after three treatments(P〈 0.05). The a value was significantly reduced after one treatment(P〈 0.05). The skin water content was significantly increased after three treatments(P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference on sebum and TEWL before and after treatments. No severe treatment related adverse effects occurred. Conclusion: This combination treatment procedure can be used safely and effectively in acne 13atients with PIH.
