c-erbB-2蛋白与雌激素受体β亚型在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中c-erbB-2及雌激素受体(ER)β亚型的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测60例子宫内膜癌、30例正常子宫内膜中c-erbB-2及ERβ表达。结果正常子宫内膜中c-erbB-2蛋白为低表达(6.67%),子宫内膜癌中明显增高(75%)(P<0.05),且表达率与肿瘤组织学分级、病理分期、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);ERβ在正常子宫内膜中表达率为60%,子宫内膜癌中明显降低(38.8%)(P<0.05),且表达率与肿瘤组织学分级、病理分期、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 c-erbB-2蛋白高表达和ERβ的表达缺失与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关;两者联合检测有助于临床上评估子宫内膜癌的生物学行为和预后。
