干细胞因子SOX2调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肺癌发生中的机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过检测肺癌组织中干细胞因子SOX2及β-catenin蛋白的表达,探讨SOX2及Wnt/β-Catenin信号通路在肺癌发生中的作用机制。方法收集86例肺癌患者术后标本组织,对肺癌干细胞进行培养、分离、鉴定,应用SP免疫法检测干细胞中SOX2、β-Catenin蛋白的表达。结果 SOX2在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为95.35%,在正常肺组织中无表达(P<0.01);β-catenin在癌组织中的阳性表达率为75.58%,在正常肺组织中为30.0%(P<0.05)。二者在肺癌干细胞中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论干细胞因子SOX2可能通过调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,在肺癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,为该病的临床治疗提供新的研究方向。
